Purpose

Our Children’s Ministries program exists for children to Trust their lives to God, Relate in
love to others, Act by using their spiritual gifts, Invite others to know Jesus, and Nurture
their spiritual growth.

“Train up a child in the way (s)he should go, and when (s)he is old (s)he will not turn
from it.” —Proverbs 22:6

We strive to stay on TRACK by:

• Targeting Kids: We strive to create an atmosphere that children look forward to returning to every week.
• Relationship Building: Even at their youngest stages of life, children are encouraged to fellowship and play with one another.
• Active Fun: We engage a wide array of learning styles through hands-on activities.
• Creative and Relevant Christ-Centered Bible Lessons: We begin implementing a formal curriculum scope/sequence once a child turns two, so that (s)he may begin knowing Jesus and relating to the Bible.
• Keeping a Safe Environment: All of our workers are screened through background checks and fingerprinting. Our page number system allows parents to know when their child needs them. Our electronic check-in/check-out system ensures each child is safely returned to his/her parents.

Classroom Rules

At Grace Central Station, we adhere to a few simple rules:

Be kind, safe, and cooperative.
Raise your hand.
Listen to and obey your leaders.
Be quiet when others are talking.
Show respect during prayer time.
Ask before using the bathroom.
Keep your hands and your feet to yourself.
Share and play fair. Help clean up.
Don’t leave until your teacher says it is okay.
